Post-Employment : Personnel Requisition

When a supervisor requests additional personnel for his department, the job description library can be called upon to provide a base job description which can be tailored to the specific duties of the new position. Once the request is submitted to HR and approved, if the supervisor does not already have someone selected for the job, the database of existing applicants is searched and if no acceptable matches are located, the position is automatically posted to the on-line job postings. Once someone is hired for the position, the position is removed from the on-line postings if the vacancies for that position are filled and the new hire is automatically added to the employee directory and placed within the organization’s departmental hierarchy.
