Working with respected background checking companies, we're incorporating their background checking process directly into the system. A recruiter or the assistant simply checks off the reports wanted and submits the request from their own portal and the pertinent information is sent to the agency. Sensitive job titles can have a predefined set of checks to perform, eliminating missed reports and reducing your liability. When reports are complete, the background check status indicator for the applicant shows which reports are available and a click brings them up for review. Like applications and resumes, background reports are pulled into your employee recruitment database for later retrieval if needed. Due to legal constraints, archived reports may not be used for subsequent hiring decisions, only for recreating the situation as it existed when a previous hiring decision was made. Safeguards built into the system prevent a recruiter from accessing prior background information when evaluating an employee or applicant for a new position.
